Good evening.... It's been a whirl wind of a weekend. We left last Friday for the beautiful but extremely windy city of Twin Falls, ID. We had soccer tournaments all weekend long. There were about 77 different teams from all over. It was pretty amazing. Jurnee's team took second place in his division. They were so excited, but so were the crazy parents screaming from the sidelines (my voice is hoarse) from the wind not screaming. I would just like to say between Maureen's beautiful flowers, Kim's hot 75 degree water fight pictures and Kerry being able to power pressure her deck.. I am officially sick of the rain, snow, sleet, hail, wind and an occasional 5 minute ray of sunshine... SICK of it.. When will it end. I always remember grandma saying don't plant before mothers day, but my patience is reeling thin when I look out at the vast ugliness of the yard. Oh well to bust with kids activities right??! right. Melissa I love your new hair-do it looks great and you look fantastic great pictures. For some reason I can't leave a comment on your blog so here it is!! Lori the madness is almost over just a few more weeks and then hopefully you can take a breath. Before your next round of activities begin. Kim when will you be in Washington again??

Busy weekend

Yzabella played an awesome game of soccer. But look closely she lost her first baby tooth. I cried but only a little bit. (Maddox & Jurnee in the background)

Jurnee had a great weekend of soccer tournaments. He got to play teams from Sunvalley (the richies), Jackson hole (the other richies), Twin Falls and Blackfoot. Yzabella and Dylan had their first games as well and had a good time. The kids were at their dad's this weekend so me and Maddox just hung out in the yard and ran around town to all 7 soccer games. We had a beautiful sunny Easter hunt Saturday morning for the kids, we went over to the old folks home and they had their annual Easter hunt. It was fun. They had it divided into different age groups so it was fair the kids got alot of eggs and had a good time. Sunday was also a beautiful sunny day. The Easter bunny came over in the morning and then we went to Jared's and Cara's for lunch and had another Easter egg hunt for all the kids at their house again it was fun. We left a little early and took over some flowers to mom's grave and I ran up to the hospital to see Cara, took her a couple of Easter eggs with candy (because she has a sweet tooth!). It's just been crazy busy, competitive soccer almost everyday, Jurnee's team is win 2 games, lost one so far. His first tournament is this weekend should be fun!! Yzabella's keeping busy with her soccer, her first game is Saturday. I love watching them at this age. she has quite a few end of year recital and cheer shows coming up to. It's that time of year, end of year schedule for school and activities so from now until the end of May we will be on marathon mode...Cara and Drew came over today. She is just still in alot of pain even with all her pain meds.. I feel bad for her, I hope some relief will come to her soon. Tomorrow I will drop her off for a Dr.'s appointment so hopefully that will give her some new information. Here are some pictures from Easter. Love...............Later..................Rainbow

Yzabella gets her kindergarten shots today... poor girl.............I'll update all on how she does, so far it doesn't seem to phase her with the thought. We went and registered for class yesterday and I think she is going to love it. We saw Dylan while we were there and I saw a couple of my old friends (yes we live in a to small of a community sometimes hello!!). Yzabella will be going to school with a couple of my old high school friends, kids... Interesting... Dylan is here today, his day care is closed today. Dylan has soccer practice at 4:00-5:00, and Yzabella has practice at 5:00-6:00.Should be fun to watch the little ones play. Cara isn't feeling good today, I guess she stayed home today, they watched the kids last night for an hour and a half so Manny and I could go to church, it was nice..I think Sunday we are going to go again but to a different church?? Maybe the Baptist church and do some hootten and hollering, we will see. Its getting cloudy outside, the weather better not go crazy for tomorrow for the Easter egg hunts and soccer game, it better stay somewhat decent or tomorrow could be miserable... oh well hope for the best. Soccer practice was good for Jurnee. I was able to introduce myself to a couple of the ladies tonight at soccer that live clear out this way so we are going to be able to car pool a couple of nights a week so that will be awesome. Because we live way out according to some. Yzabella got to practice with the "big" girls at practice today and they used her as their "flyer" cheerleading lingo for the one they put on the very top and "fly" them into the air and pray to god they catch them at some point before they hit the ground!!! I think my heart prefers the ground zero positions better, but being one of the smallest and strong for her size that's were they want to put her. Hopefully she will grow 2feet this summer. The weather got up to 60 degrees today!!! Kim and family have safe travels tomorrow you guys will all have such a good time. I expect lots of pictures of course. I hope you know we all love and miss you and when you get home Yzabella will have a pink cake waiting for you!!! Jurnee had his first two soccer games this weekend. They did ok but lost. Yzabella loved her kindergarten night and can't wait for school to start, she has one more open house on the 30th. There was 15 boys to 7 girls that actually went to the open house. That is a scary ratio for a mom!! We actually had some sun today Woooooohoooooo!! Because we had two more days of snowstorm. Another blizzard of a day and of course poor Jurnee has to go to soccer practice no matter what. Now that they are "competition" soccer they have to go the coach actually said, " if your late or don't show up for practice don't even bother coming back." Oh how much fun this season will be. It looks like on the news you guys up in the Northwest are getting hit hard with wonderful weather as well. Tonight is Yzabella's Kindergarten orientation class that's ALL she has been talking about. I think kindergarten is going to be great for her next year so she's not so bored at home. Cara has been sick this week, she has stayed home all week so hopefully she starts feeling better. Lori I wish I could be up there to help out even a couple of days would help out. But I don't think I can swing it until the end of May?? But By then hopefully you will be all settled in. Manny just called me and informed me or bragged about all the warm sunshine he was enjoying. Ya, whatever I love the never ending sight of winter.I've got my trees decorated for Easter and a few Easter decorations out on the table they look so cute!!
