We had a good time last night at our winter bar-b-que...Yzabella had a blast we had a huge snowball fight and I haven't heard her laugh that hard in a long time, loved it..Jurnee will be back from Washington DC tomorrow..I've been missing him..but I know he has been having a ton of fun..Hope everyone is doing good and the drill Sargent will return tomorrow ;)

Lost 0 ...yes....0 pounds.......going to go insane....
gained 10 pounds....yes 10 pounds...want to totally freak out....

Good day ladies and gentleman.....I did 2 miles on the treadmill today!! And I hated every horrible second...BUT I DID IT!!! now what did YOU DO???? I don't want any excuses unless YOU are hurt or sick....Get off your ASSES and move it!!! If I can you can.....PS I love you all and hope you all do SOMETHING different tomorrow....MOVE IT ladies..... Hope all is well...Rainbow

Ok ladies I got my big ass on the treadmill for 41 minutes today!!! If I can do it YOU can do it!! You HAVE to DO IT NO EXCUSES....You DO have TIME..... You ARE worth it..and WE deserve YOU to be around and yes every 41 minutes did SUCK!!!....... BUT the alternative is worse....DEATH.. ...So stop reading this and GO DO SOMETHING NOW!!!


Manny's sister is still at the hospital...She did get up and walk WITH a walker today...She still can't talk...Manny's boss let him leave early today so he is on his way home now...Thank-you for the prayers...Yes Kim this is Manny's baby sister...the one that got married in the back yard..

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

OK fellow bloggers friends and family ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!...We ALL need to start getting healthy I am sick of all these health issues and we are the only ones that control it. So we need to start controlling it..Just like smoking or drinking..eating to much with little to no exercises is a demon we need to confront. So whoever is reading this you are a part of the problem because I know you are not taking care of yourselves like you or we should be. Do we not want to be around for our children..or grandchildren..our cousins..our husbands..our wives..our friends..our Aunts...our uncles...our nephews...our nieces...our entire family and circle of friends...our jobs..our pets..whatever it is..we WILL NOT be here if we don't take care of ourselves..We are walking along with our loaded guns and if we don't empty the ammunition the trigger will be pulled and then you will be lying helpless in a hospital bed going I WISH I would have walked yesterday when I had the chance. OR even worse DEAD!!!! I realize alot of things are out of our control and we COULD be hit by a bus tomorrow..BUT we do have the control to try and better ourselves health wise every single day ever single step taken or not taken...every bite of crappy food we choose to take or not to take...So here is my challenge to all of you...Just do one thing different everyday...and blog it..for motivational purposes and for health purposes..I am probably the worst of the worst when it goes to taking care of myself... So I'm not trying to preach..I'm just trying to give myself a reality check

Please put Manny's sister in your prayers...Age 32....stroke....last night.....She is in the hospital can't talk and one side can't move..yesterday she was fine taking care of her 4 boys............today she is in bad shape...............I love you all so much ...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!
